Day 2

After an energy providing breakfast, we’ll drive you to you first drop off point. Part of the Camino trail forms a large arc around walnut Lodge, so no drop off point is more than about 45 mins away. We’ll collect you at a predetermined collection point at the end of the day, where you’ll be whisked back to Walnut Lodge in time for a swim before dinner.

Day 3

After Breakfast again we’ll drive you back to where we collected you the previous afternoon. Each day you’ll walk between 17-20 km and of course we’ll collect you from a new destination each afternoon.

Day 4

Each day you walk through the beautiful french country side of the south west, through pretty quintessentially french villages, mile after mile of burdening french vineyards, you’ll know how good the wine tastes because you would have tasted it over dinner the previous night. The specific route has been designed to finish in a village or small town. Plus each one will have a bar where you can have a refreshing cold drink after that days walk.

Day 5

Today is you last days walking, by this stage you’ll most probably be feeling a great sense of achievement. During the 4 days, you’ll have completed about 80 km of the Camino route. Passing through the villages of Lecture, La Romieu, Condom, Montreal and finishing in Eauze. No doubt you’ll be looking forward to the evening meal and maybe another dip in the pool.

Where you'll stay

Walnut lodge is a 19th century farmhouse built in the Colombage style with its familiar oak beams and lime mortar. So typical of this region of France. We currently have four renovated bedrooms. We would welcome between 4 and 8 guests during this walking experience, depending on room share preferences. Each room will share a loo and separate shower room with one other bedroom.
